Following a very ugly separation from our previous pool company, we were very fortunate to have found ASAP Pools. We have been using them for some years and have found them to be very upfront and honest about any costs and scheduling. Our assigned pool tech, Drew Ferguson, has been fantastic. He comes weekly and does an impeccable job. He is very knowledgeable and genuinely takes pride in his work. He communicates very well, is friendly and responsible. He helps with tips about keeping our pool & spa looking brand new.


Most importantly, he identified that our pool likely had a leak and set us up with a leak detection company who indeed found a small leak and repaired it. Drew is invaluable in helping us to add the correct amount of water. Our water bill has gone down hundreds of dollars.


We get an emailed report on the spot every visit. The report has notes and photos! Love it.
Drew also was very understanding when our dog bit him.


Drew gave us a small, but very thoughtful, Christmas present and we were touched.
