American Spa and Pool saved us a ridiculous amount of money. Our regular pool company quoted us nearly four times as much for the same repair. American Spa and Pool came out, diagnosed the problem, completed the repair, and everything has been working perfectly since. They were straightforward, professional, and didn’t try to turn the repair into something bigger or more expensive than it needed to be. After seeing the difference between what we were quoted elsewhere and what the repair actually cost, I absolutely recommend them. They’ve earned my business going forward.

They have great customer service and they are at the top of their game. I worked with Cody and Megan and they were amazing. Cody made sure my pool was up and running in time and Megan was very helpful in communicating everything.

After our pool chiller stopped working in the heat of the summer, gave AS&P a call based on all of the great reviews and Cullen came through and got us back up and running. I appreciate how quickly they were to get us on the schedule and the follow up to make sure the fix work. AS&P will definitely be on speed dial if we need any assistance in the future!

I recently had a warranty issue with my Pentair IntelliFlo3 Pump.
American Spa and Pool was assigned my case by Pentair. They quickly scheduled my service appointment, communicated clearly throughout the process, and got me taken care of!
My warranty technician was Jordan. And he provided outstanding warranty service on my IntelliFlo3 pump. He was kind, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He took the time to listen to the background on the issue, my troubleshooting, answered all of my questions, and made sure everything was working properly before he left.
Little did we know that another component would fail the very next day. He returned promptly to replace the defective part, and his attitude never changed. He was just as friendly, upbeat, and committed to making things right on the second visit as he was on the first. Fingers crossed we are al set going forward.
It's refreshing to work with a technician who is not only technically skilled but also genuinely cares about providing exceptional customer service. Jordan is a true professional and represents American Spa & Pool exceptionally well. If you need pool service or warranty work, I highly recommend Jordan and the entire team at American Spa & Pool!

Have had Dale maintain our pool filter for years now, and have used ASAP for all my equipment repairs and replacements. Dale is great, does a fabulous job and am always glad he is the tech assigned!

Adam has done a fantastic job at not only making sure my pool is clean but also ensure the right chemicals are in and identifies anything on my equipment that needs another look at. I use ASAP exclusively for my pool repair needs. They are always prompt, professional and very competitive compared to others.
Most recently, Dale and Cody installed a new Pentair 400k BTU natural gas heater. They arrived on time, explained everything, answered all questions and were very pleasant to work with. They gave me tips for efficient operation and made sure I was comfortable with the installation before leaving. The cost was competitive and even well below one other quote.

Not only has he balanced our pool chemistry to the point where the water is always in great condition, but he has consistently offered recommendations to extend the life of our pool and equipment.
